1. What we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, billing information), monitoring configuration (targets, regions, settings), monitoring results, and usage analytics (pages visited, product events). Public tools collect the target you submit and standard request metadata for abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, run your monitors, send the alerts you configure, process payments, prevent abuse and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Processors and transfers
We use third-party processors for infrastructure, payments and analytics, under data processing agreements. Data may be processed outside your country with adequate safeguards, in line with LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (EU) requirements where applicable.
4. Retention and your rights
Monitoring history is retained according to your plan; account data while the account exists. You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data — contact hello@qualimonitor.com. You may also lodge complaints with your data protection authority.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and, where enabled, product analytics (PostHog) to understand usage. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
