Terms of Service

Qualimonitor provides uptime and network monitoring, public status pages and related diagnostic tools. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may change, add or remove features; material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity under your account. You may only monitor targets you own or are authorized to monitor. You may not use the Service to attack, overload or probe third-party systems without authorization, nor to violate any applicable law.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in USD or BRL, via the payment methods offered at checkout. Trials convert to the Free plan if no subscription is made. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation except where a contractual SLA (Enterprise) applies. Support channels depend on your plan.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by undetected downtime.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted after a reasonable retention period.
